通过DOAJ插件注册时提示错误解决方法

当通过 doaj 插件注册文章的时候，出现以下错误信息，要注意了！

解决思路就是：通过 https://doaj.org/publisher/uploadfile 可以直接上传到 crossref 并查看整个错误消息。
